These hats are made from a revolutionary material called BottleFleece, which is created from 85% post-consumer recycled fiber obtained from plastic soda bottles and industrial waste. These bottles are shredded, melted, and extruded into fibers that become ultra-plush fleece. There are roughly 2 one-liter bottles in every hat!
