It's a lot like the chicken and rice soup my Nana would make for me when I was sick as a kid. The broth is rich, there's just enough chik'n and rice and veg to make it hearty but not too much for one person to eat in a sitting. Good stuff! I've turned my best friend onto it, too, and she's always got it on hand now as well. It's a pantry staple for both of our houses.
Broth with rice = nice. But the chick'n meatballs? Tasteless globules which had the appearance of the extruded chick'n chunks in non-vegan dog food. Why doesn't Gardein use their chick'n strips or pieces thereof in their chick'n soups? Certainly would be tastier.
