I Love this stuff. if it's within my line of vision when I open the fridge I can't resist putting a handful in my mouth. I sprinkle this on many items: pasta, soup, Tacos, salads. I add it to bread crumbs when air frying eggplant etc. It's also really good on Garlic Naan pita bread, just sprinkle on top and pop it in the oven until it gets crisp or not crisp good either way.
I was blown away by this cheese! I didn't expect to like this so much because Follow Your Heart has let me down before. The packaging was a little weird but it's not even worth docking this product any stars because it was so good! I am so excited to use this because it is literally the best vegan parmesan cheese out there!

This Parmesan is the best I’ve had. It melts and it makes awesome Alfredo sauce. I even eat it by itself which I don’t do with vegan cheese. I definitely recommend this
I really love this stuff. It is good melted or right on top. I really like minimalist baker's part cheese (cashews) when I am trying to eat less processed, but this is really good when you want something cheesy!
